Membership Benefits

The South Carolina Society of Health-System Pharmacists improves patient care and public health by advancing and supporting the professional practice of pharmacy while serving as the voice of Health-System Pharmacists in South Carolina. SCSHP provides support and services to over 600 member pharmacists, technicians and associated pharmacy professionals. SCSHP represents pharmacists in all Health-System settings at state and local levels, at the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy, at professional meetings and seminars.  SCSHP maintains affiliation with our national organization the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

Strength in Numbers - When SCSHP members speak as "one voice" advocating for or against an issue or legislation, we are heard. SCSHP represents its members before the Board of Pharmacy and the South Carolina House of Representatives and Senate.
