Emergency Room Clinical Pharmacist Self Regional Healthcare

We are seeking a motivated Emergency Room Clinical Pharmacist to join our community hospital team in a 7-on/7-off position. This role supports a busy emergency department within a hospital serving a seven-county region, designated as a Level III Trauma Center and DNV Primary Stroke Center.

The pharmacist will provide direct clinical support for emergency medicine services, collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams to optimize medication therapy, support time-sensitive protocols, and promote safe, evidence-based care for patients presenting with acute and complex needs. This position will also be involved in the hospital’s PGY1 pharmacy residency program through precepting, teaching, and supporting resident development.

Qualified candidates should have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency care environment. Candidates with an interest in teaching, mentorship, and residency education are encouraged to apply. PGY1 residency training, emergency medicine experience, or board certification is preferred but not required.
